Each class of the Airman Leadership School consists of five weeks of intensive study in various academic areas. Approximately 30 students are selected for each class from among the best McConnell AFB has to offer ... those who demonstrate future potential. The Council of Chiefs is proud to play a small role in the development of Senior Airmen and junior Non Commissioned Officers as they engage in this first phase of their Professional Military Education.
|
The Chiefs are typically invited to attend a class session to present a panel discussion for the students. These sessions consist of a narrative of our backgrounds and experiences as well as a Question & Answer session where we respond to student views regarding local & world-wide issues as well as the Air Force in general.
